Omgggg literally an accident blocking all lanes for up to that point, an hour (cars are turning around) and Waze insists on rerouting every route to the accident. I'm putting up closures and it just finds more convoluted routes back to the accident. I know there's another way and want to see the time difference (and Waze knows I go that way too) but Waze refuses to acknowledge it. Restart, clear cache, nothing. It's so bizarre and frustrating! Great app!!!! It's the only directional app I use. Very accurate and precise real time! Tells you where police, construction, cars on shoulder or debris in road. Could use some more voices, just to switch it up a bit, but no complaints! It's too bad Robin Williams is past. He would have been a fun voice to drive along with!! Maybe with AI, it could be done.

My biggest complaint, which is very frustrating, is the lack of picture in picture (PiP) feature on Samsung Galaxy. Between driving and passenger, being able to allow for Waze to float on my screen while looking for food, gas, etc (on road trips) is such an inconvenience. Which at times sends me to open Google maps as they do have that feature. Also, there are times I open up a pinned location and the GPS takes me to a completely different place. Inconsistent calibration.

Used to be really good when they had a detour button, now average. That detour button needs to come back, and they need to add a way to add a stop on a route. Also, it tends to be off by a few miles at first before I start the route. I bounce between this and Google maps, but if they brought those features in? I'd use it more frequently.

I use it all the time! But, now I'm frustrated with it because it won't let me search for a faster route. Also, when I search for businesses that are local to me, it gives me options that don't match what I'm looking for and usually several hundred miles away. I searched for coffee on my way driving down to Key West and the closest option that I got was in Key largo when I was in North Florida at the time. I was trying to find a local sporting goods store and it suggested somewhere in NC.
