It's great to finally being able to buy vignettes online, also that you can buy many without the stupid waiting period. Overall it's a good app, there are some quirks. E.g. when querying vignette validity, the captcha image will be covered by the virtually keyboard when you try to enter the text on the image. Also, if you enter an incorrect text (which is easy with this type of image, mind you), the app will incorrectly give you an error message about the licence plate format.

Pointless if you want a vignette, as you can't get one less than 18 days in the future, compared to buying one in a shop for immediate use. I'm sure there will be an answer from the publisher that EU consumer law blah blah, but in reality there are a number of things like this that restrict the right to withdraw through terms and conditions e.g once it is "activated", or for custom-made goods (here tied to your number plate). Either way, it is less likely to take off with this restriction.

Looks like a typical government contract for the cheapest offer to make an app. The UI and UX are pretty terrible, being signed into the app does not sign you into the shop etc. There's a million little oversights that make using the app a major pain and could be easily solved by half decent developers with enough budget (I'm speaking from experience). You do eventually get everything you need from the app, however, it's always difficult.

Shop is not available from outside of EU (also in terms). Which is a feeble limit, because it can be solved with VPN. In addition, buying of vignette is treated as a contract (for €8,60?), stating that EU law needs 2 weeks period for evtl. breaching of that contract is preposterous. You should fire your whole legal team. How come other EU countries selling vignettes don't have these problems? Just state that purchases are nonrefundable and vignettes not returnable and that's it.
