Easy to use app but the quality of the services provided is really hit and miss - I've booked three cleaning sessions and only one of them was good - one was alright but missed key details like cleaning the bathroom sink, and I may as well have not booked anyone for the third 😅 It does have the option to request specific cleaners again, but if they're unavailable it's back to tossing a coin 🤷‍♀️

I paid for cleaning products and have now had to spend over 20 pounds replacing as it wasnt communicated to cleaner to bring. nothing about cleaning but just wrong to charge extra for something not provided. won't use again and really sad about the taking of money 😕 😪 I even said to cleaner to go an hour early and I paid for that as it was extremely hot 🔥 truly disappointed that I gave grace and kindness and I've been ripped off and had to pay more for replacing products. first time I used this it was good. The next time the first booked cleaner used the wrong postcode, 2nd wanted to move the time to 9pm for a 3 hour clean. next cancelled half an hour before. New cleaners seem unreliable. can't delete my account due to data protection. i'd avoid the app until they can find reliable cleaners who are able to read a postcode properly.

Absolutely terrible experience. Booked recurring cleaning sessions, got allocated a cleaner. Cleaner never showed up, sent texts and no response. No communication from Wecasa but they just cancelled my session. Zero value of my time.

I paid for a two hour clean. My cleaner left half an hour early and caused hundreds of pounds of damage. I couldn't get in contact with the cleaner or anyone from Wecasa, they keep trying to close the enquiry and say I'll have to pay £100 for the damage out of my own pocket. I strongly recommend you use another service. The customer service is worse than the clean, which is saying something.
