Terrible I just want to read my paper on my phone. App is stuck in a loop and won't let me set notifications to none or don't notify. I can't view or do anything because a pop up to turn on notifications comes up all the time over the screen. You totally ruined the newspaper experience with this new app Makes me want to rethink my subscription. If I can't use it to read my paper why pay for the paper

Adequate digital news app. The basic interface works OK. The app will randomly refresh and reset, even in the middle of an article that is being read. Afterward, the user has to search the featured story list. Finding the article again is hit or miss. E-newspaper is buggy. It frequently reloads the article previously read when one clicks on another article. It also frequently freezes, and the OS asks to wait or shut down the app. Articles are often formatted oddly. This app is rough to use. Start scrolling... Ad expands making you have to scroll more. Sometimes you're reading an article and an ad takes over the screen breaking your concentration from reading the article. Sometimes it randomly crashes. Trying to support local media, but they aren't making it easy. Maybe that's the goal?!

New App is very poor for viewing the newspaper on my Fire tablet. upon opening you get a popup ad everytime. can't swipe to next page must use button which often takes several taps to work. gets timed out between editions although I am using it continuously and must close and reopen (and get popup ad). cannot view whole page as shrink will not hold so I have to scroll down every page. finally, cannot rotate horizontally and keep a single it shows 2 pages this I cannot enlarge the one side.

Do not subscribe! It is near impossible to cancel! You have to call then the menu will hang up on you if you ask to cancel. If you're trying to cancel, say you want a new subsrciption then when you get a rep on the phone tell them you want to cancel. If they were decent journalists, they wouldn't have to rely on subversive tactics to keep you subscribed.
