It would be wonderful if when adding a product, the qty can be added on the same screen. When adding multiple products to an order, it's awkward to have to go to another screen to add the qty. This is time consuming and increases the possibility of errors. Love everything else!

It does so many things poorly. It's notified me about three sales today but I look at the total it's zero. If you have options on your product you'll get half of the purchase info and the rest well you'll have to go online for. Kind of insane you can tell it's developed by someone else. Not really impressed as I have to either use it in a web browser on my phone or break out my laptop.

Don't expect help! EDIT: My original review was grave. But after working with support we were able to reach a very positive outcome. My case was particularly convoluted, a lot of troubleshooting was needed. I was worried that I would get no solution until the next version came out or I got another device. But their team worked hard and stuck with it. They attacked the problem from several angles, stayed in touch with me, and delivered in the end. I cannot say enough about the effort they put in! Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the App. To clarify, the app would not affect your site/ Wp-Admin. Regarding the support, our team is really small, and even though it's a free app, we are always trying to help all our users. If you got an automated reply, kindly respond to that message and it will go to a live person.

Update: Getting better! Now I get notifications for orders from all of my connected stores. Old review: Seems ok, but really missing a good multi-store experience. You can switch stores via a settings menu, but I'd like a way to quickly cycle between various stores to check up on them. Furthermore (and most importantly), it seems you can only receive notifications for the currently selected store. It would be fantastic if I could get notifications for all the stores I've linked to the app. Edited

This has promise, but get rid of the need for Jetpack. There are other secure ways of syncing up. Other apps have done it for years. This app has been long overdue, but is poor in execution when you need to install a plugin that tends to bog down your site and that most don't need. Give an alternative means of syncing and allow us to edit at least the basics of a product on the go.

Hi Kahil! With our legacy Woo iOS app, people couldn't login with username+password but had to use API keys. This was not an ideal UX, which we decided not to replicate in the new app. We require Jetpack because there is no reasonable mobile Woo UX without a central authentication service & notifications. Product editing is coming soon.
