Recent update screwed up this app. Often says No Internet when Internet is fine. Very unhappy search results bring up consistently unrelated content. Often results that don't even have keywords. And Finally this: Worthpoint claims items I sold on eBay sold for more than I my receipts show they sold for. Several examples some over $100 discrepancy. This in unforgivable. When my current year is up I will not renew. There are other more effective searches available that do not post unreliable info

I did not like this app. It's complicated to search for anything. I never found a single thing I was looking for. And for what they want each month, it's not a great idea. Especially when there are numerous other FREE ways to search for items (Google lens, ebay, etc.) that are much more simple to use. And watch your accounts! I canceled well within the time and they still charged me for a full month. I will give them kudos for refunding me though. I sent them an email and had a refund next day.

Really poor for a subscription based app. Search from camera doesn't work at all. Search from gallery works occasionally. The info is not complete or up to date. I can bring up a list of sold comps on Ebay and worthpoint might show a few of them. Most of the time i can't scroll past the first batch of items in a search without getting an error and the search results going blank. I can find info on an unknown item occasionally but at this point the price is not worth the junk app.

App feels like it's in beta. Search feature, the selling point of this app and service, is hardly front and center. There needs to be more options for search. Best match doesn't help when it returns a thousand items. Instead, an option to only return items that contain all words in the query would be best (and seperate from sorting). Options also need ability to be locked in. Finally, on my stock Android phone, entering a number shifts the keyboard back to the qwerty layout, which is strange. Edited

Was a customer for several years. Good idea what they are doing but needs quite a bit of work. Buggy. Searches turn up irrelevant items mixed in which makes it very hard and time consuming to look through. Had issues with my password several times it wasn't letting me log in. I gave it 3 stars because it used to be better. If I was rating based on the last year I would give it one star. The issues with irrelevant items clogging search has always been an issue tho. Edited
