Please fix the glitches in the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but still the app does not show anything when trying to shop for capsules. They have so many offers and codes to use but nothing in the capsules section to add to my cart! Had to call the company to make my order, that I used to be able to just do it over the app. Really disappointing!!

App kept freezing during use requiring me to go back and forth to place my order. Otherwise, it works as intended. Would be nice to be able to have a favorites list that I could just add to my basket each time I order instead of having to go through the list and choose what coffee/quantity I want.

Glitchy nightmare. Home page is always frozen. App crashes out after you place an order, with no email to confirm if it actually went through. Impossible to get good view of available discounts/offers. The website also doesn't work. Not sure how this glitchy mess of a "luxury experience" expects people to order their coffee? Maybe invest more in software than marketing. Services do not match the brand identity. Edited

App is very slow and cumbersome as always. Would be good for Nespresso to get a professional software company to develop it. Clunky to find what you are looking for. Some stuff has to be done on the web as the App is not set up correctly (eg subscriptions) Update: still a terrible App, I hate it. Update2: I like the coffee, but I have had enough of this terrible, nasty, unscrupulous company that never applies the offers and discounts to orders - you always have to phone them after placing orders Edited

The product itself is of excellent quality—albeit overpriced—but it still saves money compared to regular trips to the coffee shop. However, while the product feels premium, the app does not. It frequently crashes and often clears my cart, making the ordering process frustrating. I have yet to place an order successfully on the first try. For a product positioned at this price point, I expect a much smoother digital experience.
