So until recently I was happy with the service provided. But I had a bit of bad luck with my phones and lost access to the phones that were attached to the phone. So trying to use their support system the only way I can get help with gaining access is if I pay for the service with the hotline So make sure you back up your emails and don't lose your phone. I would give it half a star if I could.

IMHO this application is the most"straight to the point" of the email services available. No Frills. Not too many prompts to try out"NEW FEATURES" right when I log into it (interrupting me getting the security pins for my Gmail/Microsoft accounts). And security that makes it a perfect choice for the backup location to secure every other account's login. I'll be honest though yahoo has a major leg up already because they were the only email accounts I've been able to keep from day 1. TYVM 1LUV Edited

They need to do a better job at not allowing spam in my inbox. I seem to keep getting the same emails I've marked as spam continuously. Gmail takes one time of marking an email spam & I don't see it again. Why can't Yahoo do it too? UPDATE ITS GETTING WORSE! IS A FIX GOING TO HAPPEN SOON? Edited

Have been receiving a lot of spam in my Inbox instead of it going into my Spam folder. My Inbox had 17 this week alone, only 8 in my Spam folder. 6/30/25 Still having issues with Spam going into my Inbox instead of my Spam folder. 3-4 items daily. You asked me to mark as Spam instead of deleting. I have Always marked items as Spam. Receiving the same emails, they don't even have content. Please help protect my email. Thank you. Edited

customer support is AWFUL, worst I've ever experienced. they didn't try to help me at all, literally gave them all the info they asked for including my ID and a selfie and they said the system just wouldn't let me sign in, unbelievable I'm never using yahoo for anything again
