honestly I'm a little disappointed with my last order. I placed my order on the 7th of this month and it's still under processing. I have raised a ticket regarding the issue before 2 days ago.But it's not shipped yet.. why does it happen after you send me a packing slip on my mail on the 7th of the month. Edited

Not having the option to chat online with a customer service agent is a huge drawback. And there is no option to cancel or modify an order. Which is a feature that every app for online shopping should have they are necessary.

They delivered in one day and i have experienced that from app and website you can get better discounts

I've ordered a perfume that called Prestige rube on 13 march2025 and after 2 days I opened the package tonl test it before Eid and the sprayer wasn't spry at all. I connected with tabbi coz it was the app I used to buy from. and no answer till end of Ramadan. then they advised me to communicate with almajod whatsapp & I go to complains department.then will send u the Web to fill the form.when I fill it up & I submit it, it won't send for 3 weeks. finally my request declined & I didn't use it..
