unable to place an order. when I select PayPal it loads, shows options to choose from but crashes with no error message. customer service doesn't exist for me, there is no help for people who work my hours. it's becoming a gamble to buy anything because you don't know if you'll get what you pay for or anything at all. and the chat bot meant to placate you just sends you in circles long enough until you feel defeated. Newegg makes me feel like a difficult customer. Edited

I like your company, but you need to remove the autosuggest that overwrites your query in the search bar. There's nothing more obnoxious when I'm trying to compare products than to have to backspace "office products" out of the search bar every single time I want to use it. It's the most aggrivating thing I have experienced on a mobile app in a long time. I sure hope that's a malfunction because it amounts to hostile design. Edited

Way Back in 2017 I heard about the comparing tool and it worked wonders when I needed to know great deals and parts to use for my build. Fast forward, I found out why this site is seen as a scam. I tried returning ram, because I didn't need it. After printing the return label, sending item back, it all seemed fine. Within 2 days after shipping the item, they denied my claim. It was well within 30 days, about 2 weeks to be precise. I see why all the negativity is aimed at them. It's scummy. Edited

First time buying computer parts, but I am very satisfied with both prices and speed of delivery. Every item arrived either on time or early. The one item I'm having problems with is coming from china, so no shocker. Overall, I am very satisfied with ordering from here, and I would recommend it for any first-time shoppers. On top of that, their customer service is fast and great from what I've experienced. Edited

Putting everything together is very simple and easy to find descriptions of items and their reviews. Some things do come from foreign companies, and I have not received them, or they have not been shipped just yet. So just be aware of the seller when buying items. It's almost a week now on two items coming from China that are still in process and not picked up by carrier. Everything else came in a timely manner, and the packaging was great.
