terrible experience: it was not possible to open parking door with the app and no support was available. No contact except email and help in the app is also only a form with no real feedback. Avoid this app and company if you would like to park in all tranquility. The "assistance " button is a joke: you are freezing out outside the closed garage door and the only thing you can do is to send a photo of the closed door to the unhelpful "helpdesk" with no feedback whatsoever. could not park where I wanted because the verification process from the app does not send the verification code via sms. After 4 tries, it stopped trying.

Terrible company. Could not use app to open gate. Had to pay to park elsewhere. They won't refund my money unless I provide a receipt for alternate parking. Automats don't usually provide receipts for tap-to-pay. I didn't see the option anyway. Now they want my credit card statement as proof. All for 20 Euro. Ridiculous company. And it wasn't even that much cheaper than what we ended up finding as an alternative.

An abomination. None of the doors from the parking opened to enter or exit. A bunch of desperate zenpark users had to ask help from the building tenants. Zero reply from the non-existant helpdesk. App with litterally 0 service to avoid at all cost.

Doesn't work at all! Completely disappointed. No parking place for booking, per day, per hour or for the full week. Looks like a place is available but when you try to book one, nothing appears in the results. I tried different times, days, and months. And in a different parking...
