NEVER USE THIS APP!!!!! worst app ever. it didn't say that the parking lots are first come first serve. i couldn't call anyone because there phone number is broken and when i tried to see what the app would say it there is a problem and it just said "sorry for the inconvenience but there are no spots left". when i canceled my parking i didn't get a refund.

Brilliant in every way, ease of use to book parking, open doors and everything else ... the only downside to this was trying to extend my booking. it kept saying that the start time was incorrect (which I wasn't even able to change or shouldn't have needed to change) so was unable to complete the extension. in the end I had to wait till my original booking had ended and create a new one. This caused a needless stress which could have been easily avoided if the app was programmed better.

unreliable customer service. my parking's door has been broken for 2 weeks nullifying any pretence at security and yespark hasn't done anything about it Edited

I had a parking reservation for my car for a week in Paris.Due to the app issue I had parked my car at different hotel parking. There were 2 hotels at the same address. I was in a hurry.I took the parking ticket by pressing the gate button. Then i realized why gate barrier couldn't open.I checked and found that car was parked at the wrong place.But YES team couldn't resolve the issues eventhough multiple requests .I am very disappointed. Please search the parking place in Google .

Once again, there was no problem with the app. It clearly indicates to turn left, but you told us you turned right, which is why you ended up in the wrong parking lot. The mistake was entirely yours, and we have all the evidence to prove it if necessary.

Prices are reasonable, the options in English in the app are not obvious though. Too bad there are not one-month offers. There are a lot of Expats who move to Paris only for a month for studies or business but many of the options for rent require a minimum of 3 months
