This app is really poor. It doesn't even show you the records of the warranty of your product even after you have registered for the warranty of your product. This should be a very simple thing to do.

App is buggy and laggy. Like what some other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service is good until u pay money. Almost non-existent after sales service. The aligners themselves are great, but beware of the retainers after. I've purchased 3 sets hoping to last at least 3 years, but 2 sets have broken in less than 4 months! The warranty methodology also don't make sense - it is 3 mths from when u purchase them, not from when u start wearing them. Better off getting 1 set at a time!

Review for Zenyum in its entirety: My main issue with my treatment so far is that the next set of braces don't fit too well. There is a sharp point poking into the back of my gums. Upon notifying Zenyum, I was just advised to clip it with scissors or a nail clipper. Looking back, I wish I got regular braces. They would have worked faster, the dentist could have aligned things better during the regular checkups and it would have cost much less. Zenyum not recommended.

This app is the worst. It is laggy and useless. I can't use it to record changes so I take notes in my own calendar instead. They had, for me, zero communication about updating progress into the app is mandatory to get a warranty. Seems like the whole thing revoles around this app and this app doesn't even work well. One of the most unclear and unprofessional services ever.

5/6/24: App wont even open, keeps crashing First, when i over wear my aligners for example overnight, and its time to switch to new ones, the timer continued to the new aligner so i have to manually minus 7hrs. When i change to new aligner the time should auto start from 0. Second, should have a log to keep track of when you add or minus wear time. Third should have a timer set function to minus wear time. After the timer is up, time will continue automatically 25/6/24: still crashing Edited
