Wonderful CRM experience. The setup process is pretty straight forward, just takes a little time to import contacts. I have been navigating from desktop, laptop, and my cellphon with ease. I like the layout, and my favorite features are the note and email features because it keeps all communications and updates in one place. I am looking to add VOIP and will update my review after doing so.

This app is great and helps me follow up with my leads and I love the fact I can use these email templates to make it easy to follow up on the leads. They have a linkedin extension that makes adding leads more easier than most. The fact it is simple to use makes it a no brainer since i don't have to waste time to learn to be a techy, I am not techie so makes using thise CRM easy for me.

As a solopreneur who tried Zoho Solo first, this app experience is way more developed than Solo product - in a good way. Solo was too minimal, even for a one-man band. Pros: Dark mode! Auto call logging in/out! Can add voice & pics to notes. Cons: Can't pin notes to top in Contacts. Can only use messaging apps Android phone allows as default to text directly from contact entry - forces me to leave Bigin, text from my business app, then return to Bigin. Must pay for private email integration. Edited

Excellent product so far. Very few clicks and screens to enter deal information and have it associate with the company and people involved. Excellent at tracking deals and very helpful with following up deals. The app for phones works great! It shows you the most important information that you need as you move through your day. Very quick and easy to update accounts on the fly.
