Can't remove default group after clicking the radio button. it says "default group removed successfully", but if you close and reopen the app it's still opens to that one. and for some bizarre reason you can't set "All Groups" as default. why? this needs to be fixed. | Still no dark mode Edited

It's mediocre at best. The latest annoyance is a zoho notification banner pops up at the top and completely breaks the session even after dismissing it. Honestly it's typical Zoho buggy. If you know you know. I've used this both paid and free and would suggest an alternative.

Does not nag with ads like TeamViewer and I like that you can turn off analytics for privacy. My only issues is that unattended access should be password protected and when closing windows it sometimes doesn't show closed when it actually is. You have to click refresh to show that it actually closed. Edited

This app is useless for remote support. I'm using a Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with a Bluetooth mouse. If I use Zoho Assist through the Chrome Browser, it works as expected. If, however, I use the app the mouse doesn't work at all. It does not move the cursor on the remote computer, you still have to move it by touch. That makes it almost impossible to click on a tiny target like the close window X for instance. This app needs both mouse and keyboard support to make it useful.

Has never worked for me. Every time I successfully log in, I get a "general error, looks like something is wrong on our end" message. The PC client works well (I have paid plan), but would be great to have it available from my phone too.
