My first order was great. I ordered 4 items (2 clothing) and they were all great quality. This last time I ordered, all three clothing items were cheaply made (though they cost more), itchy, and awful. Also, I don't like their return policy. The first item of each order is free to return but after that, each item has a $7 fee. Not worth it if the item is $10 or lower.

Oct 2024 They Lie on Prices! if you look at an item it shows a price. when you put it in the cart, the price changes, then at the check out screen the price per item more than doubles from the cart. They are incredibly sneaky on cost. they give the same response (below) to every complaint about the shady pricing and when asked say it's a "coupon estimate". they know it's causing errors and have no intention of fixing it. still shady as of Dec 2025 Edited

The shopping and prices are fine, but honestly use the website instead. The app has SO many pop ups, every time you click anything it's like 5 extra pop ups open. It's so awful and obnoxious, I get annoyed every time I open the app. I want it to go back to how it was 5 years ago, you go look at deals, shop, and you're done. Now you have to struggle through 50 different clicks just to look at something. It's irritating.

Great for shopping. Terrible if you expect free stuff. They have so many cute designs! While some of the clothes are cheap (material quality is trash), others actually feel great! Look at the materials used for each item to find the real deals because no matter how much you spend on shein, it'll still be way less than at a department store! Just don't bother with the scam games. They're all made to get you 99% of the way to "free" items and then make it impossible to get the last 1%. Edited

It was much better before these new scam games which claims you can win thousands of dollars and It became very slower than it was. 1. Very slow in response when working with it as such that you give up buying your stuff. 2. Too many features and discounts that make you lost track of what you wanted and which discounts can you use. Actually you got everything mixed up. 3. Being able to filter through the size would be a good feature and only see stuff that has xs size would be nice. Edited
