app is ok apart from the voi implementation. on a regular basis the scooter is unlocked but in the app it says there was an error. fine, I can still ride the scooter, but there is no way to end the rental. so I get billed for a ridiculous amount of time before some auto-rental-end sets in. the app provides no way to reclaim these invoices and points at voi support who just ignores the emails I've sent asking for a refund. please fix the API implementation.

Had one somewhat useful feature, namely Hvv Any which they are now removing because they cannot make it work. Hvv, taking you back to the last century at full speed. I will just uninstall and go back to buying tickets at the vending machines. Edited

Would be even better if the app supported the Deutchland ticket QR code on smartwatch. Edit: if the current Deutchland ticket is added to Google wallet using the menu on the ticket page, the QR code is available on a smartwatch that supports Google wallet. Remember though to update the pass monthly as it expires month end. Edited
