Unfortunately doesn't work with Graphene OS, when I want to sign up it opens the browser (Vanadium) and then I insert my username and password, after that I press enter and it just kicks me out of the browser and goes back to the app. After that I try to initiate sign up again and it tries to open the browser but then it stops and goes back to the app and does nothing. Tried restarting the device and still the same.

Hello Branko,
unfortunately due to Google limitations (Firebase App Check) the app cannot run on custom ROMs. We're very sorry about this but it's Google, not us.

I always have a hard time scanning the QR code at the cash register, not that if it's the app's problem. it works fine with REWE so my phone's brightness isn't insufficient. I think you either need to improve the QR code complexity or the scanners at the store.

Hallo,
öffnet sich der Vorteilscode, erhöht sich die Helligkeit leider automatisch auf ein zu hohes Niveau. Wir arbeiten an einer Lösung. Du könntest mit einem anderen Gerät den Handydisplay abfotografieren und so den QR-Code außerhalb der App nutzen, also als Foto. Der QR-Code verändert sich nicht (nur wenn du zB den Förderpenny de-/aktivierst).

It is a shame that Penny nowadays makes you pay more in their supermarkets unless you use their app, allowing them to collect lots of data about you. And then the app does not even work properly, for example, at one point it showed an error claiming that there was no browser installed on my phone, which was obviously nonsense. When such a bug occurs at checkout, you will then pay the full price instead of the promised discount. Very frustrating.

unfortunately this is a bug of the Samsung operating system. Please ensure that you have the newest operating system update installed. Please also check if all app updates are installed via Play Store. Afterwards reboot your device. It should now work.

Not working anymore. I logged in after resetting my password but couldn't open the QR code. Also, the log in page automatically resets when you put credentials and try to log in.

wir haben heute ein Update im Play Store hochgeladen, welches die Login-Probleme bei Motorola behebt. Bitte installiere das neueste Update und versuche es erneut. Funktioniert es nun?

This app has outdone itself with how stupid it is. Besides frequent logouts every time you need to use it, this time it logged me out without giving option to login! It says you need to do it on a browser, well then what's the point of the app?! An app should be able to handle basic authorisation, especially since it did before! And what a surprise, if you go visit Penny in browser, it links you back to the app instead of allowing login! Awful development. Did AI replace you all already? Edited
