Ohio State Myhealth (formerly MyChart) is an excellent, user friendly app. With the health issues I have, including memory problems, the app makes it a lot easier for me to manage appointments, tests, and medications, and contact all of my specialists, all in one place. It has truly been a lifesaver! It is well maintained by their team, secure, and easy to use. Edited

You know what I wish I had noticed before I wasted so much time? There's no qay to review or see reviews of their doctors. That would have clued me into the fact this is a bunch of hacks who couldn't make the cut otherwise and had to band together under this grubby little app. There's some good ones, I won't lie, but even they're behind awful practices. Lile they keep after-charging you every single time, claiming your insurance didn't cover it. Avoid at all costs.

The app is very reliable & easy to use. One issue I have with it is that while there's a "button" you can click to cancel your appointments, it doesn't actually allow you to cancel any. If you select that option a notification pops up prompting you to call your doctor to cancel. Why offer the option but then don't actually allow users the convenience to cancel from mychart? Aside from that the app is ok . Thinking of changing my doctors. the care has gone downhill, way downhill. l Edited

Great to see my health information and appointments, as well as message providers, but scheduling appointments might as well not be part of the app. The list of providers doesn't include my actual doctors and replaces them with whoever I saw last. So if I went to urgent care or saw someone other than my PCP because their schedule was full I can no longer see them in my list to schedule. Even when I can, I get through 20 questions just for the app to say there's no appointments available.

I like this app because you can get tests results soon no waiting most of the time. also so you don't have the hassle of calling going thru the prompts or being put on hold you can send a message & get answers within a reasonable time it's better especially if you have few medical health issues.
