I purchased the full database for, then purchased the full database for the ACSI Campsites Europe app, also (for €12.99), on the same day, thinking it was a different set of campsites (the website is not clear on this). I later found (a few days later) that the former is a subset of the latter, so I requested a refund for this one (only €2.99). The request was denied. A small amount, but to force me to keep a purchase that includes the same data as another, is rather miserly.

Hi Jason, As a service to our customers the Great Little Campsites selection has indeed been included in the other 2 ACSI apps since this year. As you have purchased these apps not from us but from the Google Playstore they are also the only ones who can decide whether or not you will receive a refund. Very bad. Bought Luxemburg, Holland and Belgium package but there is no zero!! campings in Luxemburg. Contacted support but no help. Do not buy it. Waste of money. In app purchases are not refunded and support does not know that. Update. Finally they admit that there is a bug in the app and that they will update it in autumn. So do not buy this scam app. Edited
