really awful. doesn't let you log in creat an account or check in as a guest edit: there is an issue when setting up an account through the app. the work around I found is to setup on the website first. looks like a discrepancy between the password requirements between the app and website. after that works just fine. It's a great app, but I can't change the market on my mobile and see all the flight details. When I click on the Change market button, the app returns me to the previous page. I would appreciate it if the development team could check this critical bug, which affects additional benefits the company could have, such as seat reservations and baggage purchases. Thank you in advance! Update: The issue was fixed and everything works perfectly! Thank you so much for such a quick fix! Edited

the app isn't intuitive at all and doesn't make it easy to see where or when you've been upgraded. the details all over the place. it can be a great app, but right now it's just okay

So far so good. Eve was delivered and reminded on time, we still had boarding passes in paper tho. A guide that/how /where to go through the boarder control and special US transfer would be helpful. Edited

I couldn't find my booking details in the app after logging in. When I try to add my ticket, it doesn't add it and gives error with Booking ID and Surname mismatch. But the same works via the browser! Such a terrible app! It doesn't even have the basics right. Thanks for wasting my time!
