I desperately needed to send 1 fax and this app allowed me to do so without leaving my home! I do feel like the price would be rather high had I needed it beyond the free trial. But if I needed a fax service regularly, and if the price were a little better, I would use this app. I especially like that, since the image from my phone would differ from the image the recipient would get, the app showed the result and allowed for lighting adjustments to ensure a clear document was received.

Complete garbage. Tried to send a fax, company says they never received it even though it's listed as "sent and delivered". Keeps showing i don't have a fax number, but then on some screens, i do have a number. Trying to cancel my 7 day trial, it's NOT EASY to cancel; you have to email them and they don't answer you. I'm already looking forward to fighting with them to reverse the charges in going to get slammed with because they won't cancel my account in time (3 days left).

Doesn't work. Signed up for the free trial to send a very important document. Despite the app initially telling me it was sent successfully, the receiver never received the document. I attempted 2x. Both times I saw on the app several hours later that it said there was some type of error preventing it from sending. However, it didn't give me any notifications, alerts, emails or ANYTHING to tell me there was a failure. I had to go back open the app AND find out on my own. Uninstalled.

Worked great. Sent everything I needed to be sent without issue. Got the confirmation emails s few minutes after. Would recommend, but I had difficulties trying to cancel it before I was charged today. Don't always have time to access my phone other than for work purposes, but once i tried to cancel, it sent me in an endless loop until I exited the app and came to the Play Store. Hopefully don't get charged for not being able to cancel it via the app as I'm still on my last trial day.

While the app itself is fine, it seems, the general overview and pricing is misleading. The only thing offered free is a seven day free trial. Further, pricing for outbound and inbound are separate. They also only allow for subscriptions and it seems there is no way to pay per fax. If you can, I could not find it. For something done so infrequently these days, this is a highly inconvenient model. I'd even rather pay a full dollar a fax versus the subscriptions for unlimited that seem forced.
