I have used this app when we take trips outside of our area and it's very helpful. I did notice that the map was not showing for some time. I "force stop" the app, clear the stored & cache files, re-applied the permissions and check the options that I want to see on the app. All of that brought back the map.

It would be nice to have a search function. The highways are in a light yellow and barely able to be seen on the map. Not user friendly for people with low vision. I can't change it to satellite view in the app (but can on the website). Would be nice to select a route from point A to point B. Not updated in real time at all. Lags of hours to days on updates, and sometimes the information is conflicting.

Useful but data is inconsistent. 1) If you enable too many icons they end up on top of each other making it very difficult to find the info you want on the map. 2) Two of us have this app installed and viewing at the same time see different data about the state of a road closure. It's really important that this is accurate. 3) It would be great if I could sign up for a notification if a road closure state changed.

Love it. I'm a daily freeway driver and NEVER go a day without this app. I practically live on it 24/7. Options to pick specific traffic info you want to see is great. Very informative and accurate. The only thing I suggest is to have a dark mode option. The constant bright white is straining on the eyes at night (even with lowering screen brightness on the phone) I get migraines VERY easily so a dark theme would really help at night. Edited

Very useful but a few things could be better. 1) on the caltrans website the same CCTV camera system is used and it is a live real time view, why cant the app also have a real time live view? It only shows a picture and doesn't refresh for minutes even more than 5 sometimes. 2) DARK MODE this can't be understated enough, too much white blinds the eyes
