The app can be unreliable sometimes. If you need to put any documents on the app, you have to take a picture of the printed document and upload it. The app doesn't let you use your camera roll to upload documents. Which can be an inconvenience at times. The app tends to glitch and sometimes doesn't always give you accurate information for how much you are currently receiving for CA and SNAP. Sometimes, it's better to go in to give them the documents directly.

Very easy and safe application. I like that it has everything on the go. Easy to find. Works without crash. Nothing more that you really need! Great application. Saver of hours on the lines in the snap centers! was worling great on samsung note 9, and fold 4, however there is crush on fold 6. idk what to do. any help? Edited

its good for uploading the documents that are needed. good at letting me know about notices. I can see the programs that I am in, etc. the only thing about it is when I need to contact someone directly the phone number is provided which is the 718 number no one answers the phone. I am on there for almost 2 to 4 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone, especially being that it is important. y'all need to do better. Edited

In the beginning I had some difficulties in understanding its functions. However, the app has become a blessing in helping me to navigate thru HRA & give me access to vital information. It also informs me of notices that must be heeded to when I'm not on point with mail notices. It still has a few bugs, but it has been a great aid to many.

Update, 3 years later, the app works better and is running normally, updates in the app are current. I can tell that there has been some maintenance done to give users a better , more easy experience. I would still rather do everything on the app. Terrible , slow, unreliable, freezes, poor navigation design. I deleted it after a few days because it glitched so much , I couldn't upload or view my information without coming out of the app and re-entering, having to enter my password each time . Edited
