complete trash. there aren't enough characters for me to fully get into all the faults. so to keep it short, everything from trying to create an account on the app to attempting to get any sort of useful info from the chat bot is a waste. unless your curious about what depression mixed with ulcer inducing aggravation feels like don't even waste your time

I can't log in even after changing the password multiple times. This app is useless. From my phone or laptop. I think it's been over a year of trying to get the app to work properly. If I did manage to log in, whatever I would enter information wise, never made it to the case worker and caused delays or cancelations. I don't fell that my personal information is very safe with so many issues on the app.

Literally never works. App is constantly breaking, every time there is a new update it's a new problem. Pretty sad considering this is supposed to be a state-run app for social services. Haven't been able to use MyCompass for the past four months. They're clearly in no rush to fix it. It won't even let me sign in, asks for verification when you put in your info and then just reloads the login page over and over.

This app has given me issues since I first downloaded it in 2021. Basically it works when it wants to. Now it's totally down asking for an update and it won't update at all. I tried giving this app a chance, but I am done with this. I'm just gonna delete and do things the old fashioned way, call the card number and get the info I need. That way never fails me. Good ridence!!!!

New review: The app keeps telling me that I don't have a connection when I do. Then, it just sits on a blank screen and I can't do ANYTHING!!!! Please fix this! Old review: This app only really serves as a place to view your current account information and case status. The area to view your documents won't show what you submitted because it gets stuck on the loading screen. Also, any of the documents you upload apparently don't get submitted to your caseworker.
