During attempts to login to upload requested documents the login failed although I am certain I entered the information correctly. I clicked "forgot my password" to try to change it but I never received an email with a link to do so. There's a deadline for the document submission so it must be done asap. An uninstall and reinstall of the app did not help.

(Update. My problem was taken care of. I was able to create a new password. However there is still a problem with the message boxes being to small to read. I still have to enlarge so much I can hardly read it.) I am having a problem with signing in. They never accept my password even though it is Google saved. I also get tiny little boxes and text so I have to enlarge and then scroll side to side. Edited

Hi, Priscilla. It's possible that the saved password from Google is incorrect somehow. So, first, try manually re-entering the password. If that doesn't work, try the "reset password" option. If you continue to have issues, please call us at 855-259-0701.

I got a notification that I needed to upload info for my account. I uploaded the info that was asked, and the app didn't save my info, so now tenncare had stopped my insurance. Now, temcare wants me to go through the ordeal of reapplying, which if the app would have worked correctly in the first place, I wouldn't be having this stress on me. And now the app won't even work. I can't get it to load. Edited

I'm getting the "incorrect password" error, even after resetting it MANY times. I get the same error on the browser version of the website, as well (using Chrome), even when I literally copy and paste the password onto both the reset page and the login page. I have tried reinstalling the app, made sure it was updated to the latest version. There is clearly a technical issue here on the part of TennCare, and no clear way to report it.

App is supposed to make it easy to get necessary documents to tenncare but every time I need to do this I get a system error, try again later! Been trying to upload my proof of income for over a week, multiple times a day with same results. Call center doesn't help when you sit on hold for a hour or more, then get disconnected. This is bs...get it fixed!!!
