Lalamoves interface is not user friendly. And I've had more bad experiences than I'd like. The only good thing about them is their rates. I really hope they become driver and user friendly soon. One critical feedback is the route selection on maps. There are cases where selecting the route is useful for the user cause otherwise the driver will be in a pinch, and would call to ask for the job to be cancelled like what happened with me. It's only fair or course that they get paid for the distance

Their driver cancels three times a day. Seriously? I booked as early as 8 AM for a 1:30 PM pickup so they’d have enough time to prepare yet, what ends up happening? They cancel the booking precisely at the pickup time, stating they won’t be able to make it. Don’t accept drivers if all they care about is getting a big tip. 🤦🏻♀️ This is beyond frustrating—it's infuriating!. Edited

Lalamove price is a lot cheaper than grab that's why I chose this. But the problem with them is the drop pin address is not exactly at the exact location. The driver is having a hard time locating both the pick up & drop points.

I had a very disappointing experience with this delivery app. The driver I was assigned is suspected of fraud, which made me feel unsafe and uneasy. To make matters worse, customer service is completely unreachable—no response, no help, nothing. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable or trustworthy service. For your safety and peace of mind, I suggest using another app instead. Very disappointed.

I had already booked a driver for 4:30, but until 6:30 there was no update — in fact, the driver's location kept moving farther away. When I tried to contact them, there was no response and the driver's location disappeared. When I contacted customer service via live chat, there was no proper solution — they just told me to change the driver and cancel, but I couldn’t get a new driver.
