If you're here to be a rider, I suggest dont. Look at other successful competitive company. It will be a waste of your time to sign up here. 1) Live chat is slow. 2) Customer service officer for rider always changing while you're online with them. If you never respond within 3 seconds, they will just disconnect the chat. 3) Each and every support person is not professionally trained to handle situation. I would have rate 0 star instead.

This app doesn't care about their riders, my service quality dropped because the customer cancelled their bookings and there are many fake bookings, Most pin locations are not accurate so I had no choice but to cancel it.

I'm just in the registration part, then suddenly it says I had created an account, when I logged in, it asks for phone number and password. I didn't even fill up a password for my account. I clicked forgot password, upon submitting, it says the number is invalid. I tried countless times registering, it says the account is already registered, but can't logged in and it always says my number is invalid

it could be better if you update the app like waiting period add on. and those customers don't include add on the booking neither they forgot or on purpose issue queuing service, document handling loading and unloading time. lastly locations that are not found or wrong pin no option for us to edit for the price. THE APP IS SLOW PLEASE MAKE IMPROVEMENT Edited

i submitted my additional drivers requirements (national police clearance) after a few days upon successfully registering which is under the 13 days deadline. after the 13 days is finished my documents are still under review which is preventing me from taking any orders for weeks. i tried to reach out via app by sending a feedback because there's no live chat function, i also submitted forms on the website multiple times now. the issue hasn't been resolve and there's no contact from management.
