App constantly crashes, even after reinstalling, which frustrates the timing of treatments. Developers please help. Update. Thank you for your quick response. Yes I usually set the timer to zero as I have to play the treatment for 1 hour or more. Edited

Hi There, This sounds very peculiar as we have thousands of users on the Android version. When you drag the items to the tray, please be sure to adjust the timer slider to the desired level. It is currently set for a 1-minute default hence the short stop cycle.

Ever since the new version was launched it has given me endless issues. Frequencies stop playing before prescribed time set. Today...even my playlists will not load. I deleted and re installed the app. Logged off and re signed in....all to no avail.

I strongly recommend this app, super practical, I can choose which frequencies I want to hear and set the time. The frequencies had such a profound and positive impact that it was worth the investment. Eliz

This is an amazing tool for wellness. I had a shoulder injury that did not respond to any physiotherapy or massage for a year. I had the frequencies sent to me every week for a month and the pain had disappeared. I can move my arm freely without any pain.

Everytime i play my treatment, after just a few minutes, it cuts out and i have to keep going back in to start it again and again, please fix this.
