I typically have mild anxiety, for which I do not take medications. But will occasionally take supplements to support my body. Listening to the playlist on this app, even just one part, has helped me to feel less anxious. I fall asleep much easier at night, and find that I can fall back asleep easier when I do wake up in the middle of the night.

Okay, I had five decrease the three. For some reason it's not playing all the way through and cuts off in the middle right before I almost fall asleep. Your app is a little tweaky with that it needs to play through all the way. I have it on repeat and then it shuts off. It's not my phone. It's your app so maybe stop charging people for the full thing. Do it for free and refund me and let me have all of them for free. And everybody else be taking away mental health healing. Especially mine

I found this app really effective, do the questionnaire and get a recommended playlist and/or make your own. I use it during the day for 20 minutes at a time to help stop me overthinking that later leads to anxiety or difficulty relaxing, and also at night to get to sleep. A friend back home who had struggled with sleep for years also uses this now and said is the best she's ever used by far. Definitely recommend giving this a go.

Very effective tool for developing good sleep routine and getting back to sleep if you need to get up in the night. I had a Clinical recommendation to get this app. Do the questionnaire to get the best outcome. I eventually bought the app. to access different combinations.

There isn’t BLS on the Stress portion. Very disappointed, it's supposed to be there. I first had the free version of the Sleep app. I did an update and all of a sudden had to pay. It was a good app. Now you have taken away the BLS.
