I was someone that randomly worked out with Jump Rope until I came across this app. I'm now able to structure my workouts and get the the most benefits out of my jump rope with this. Anyone who randomly uses jump rope should check this out and try following the plans in the apps, it's amazing

The workouts are great but it would be very helpful is they showed complete after that day was done. Also changing the water goal & filling in past days would be helpful

Its cheated me while paying at 1st it showed monthly 50 rs but when entered to buy it it has changed to 100 rupees its not about money but transparency should not be deteriorated. App is good. I felt bad about this sry to say this. Edited
