It works perfectly fine as a little solo reversi/othello game. My only complaint is the AI difficulty is ludicrous. Unreasonably so in my opinion. If you play a beginner bot in say, Chess, on most apps it's quite bad so much so it could be expected that a novice would still win at least occasionally. However as someone who's very new to this even the level 1 utterly trounced me. Hard to even tell what you're doing right or wrong when the ai is making optimal feeling plays at the entry level. No ads .....at all ever....easy interface...with the ability to change colors if one desires....but this version is not easy...even on beginners level I won 11 out of 150 times...it will help if u got skills. already .......................and can implement a stragtegy........beginners will not find this fun cuz it will beat u every time....this is an awesome ad free game....but you gotta know how to play Othello/Reversi before you play this game

This game offers animations + quick play so it's suitable for beginners as well as speed players. Therefore most reviews posted are invalid. You can have the AI's last move displayed and adjust AI to your ability. This is THE Reversi app for me. Would love to see online matches coming and a way to support further app development. PS if you don't know how to play and have difficulty learning the gameplay don't leave a negative review. This is a five star app! Edited

Thank you for your nice comment. You're right, we receive negative reviews because of inexperienced players, but instead they could choose to play at level 1, an easy level also for beginners.
We will consider online matches in future when user base will increase to significant numbers.

Good simple app with normal, expected options for game play. The comments about difficulty are valid if you are new to the game, but it's winnable on lower levels if you have experience with the game.
