Can't reset your password!! The point in a reset is for people who don't know their current one. The reset password link in the email auto logs you in. And when you navigate to your profile settings you must input your current password to set a new one. Terrible user scenario testing. Complete usability fail. Please fix your reset password user flow. Wasn't logged in on the device. The reset link logged me in. 6 months later this bug is fixed. Edited

We're sorry to hear that you're running into this issue. From what it sounds like, you are already logged in from the same device for which you accessed the password reset link email. Instead, you should log out using this device, then access the password reset link email again to allow you to reset without the old password.

Update: this issue has been fixed. Thank you! This app worked great up until the update on 6/5/25. Now, I'm experiencing a crash during the sign-in/out feature. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing this app several times and this has not resolved the issue. Please help and fix this issue! Edited

Typically a fine experience using the app on both tavlet (Amazon Fire) and phones, but occasionally goes through 1-2 days of extremely slow or failed sign-ins. Endless loading circle. July 2nd-3rd, 2025, current issue is naptimes are not showing correctly (including icon) and thus, cannot select "napping" children in the nap menu.

For schools considering switching to this app... Terrible application, poor functionality, and frustrating customer service. There is no option for bulk photo downloads. When I realized it's removing photos older than one year from my account (in the mobile app AND the web platform), I contacted support and they sent me instructions on how to find the photo gallery. I tried calling but they won't talk to parents. My school contacted them and they sent the same useless info to them. Worthless.

Password isn't working. I'm pretty sure I know it but when I tried to reset it, the app insists my email is invalid. Despite my having many emails to that exact address??? Yes I confirmed the email and checked for stray characters; no weasling out. This is 100% your issue and you should be ashamed that it got through whatever "testing" you did. No I am not logged in on the app, if I was, I wouldn't be complaining. Edited
