Temperamental at best, this application tales great labor to log into and then in between the time it took to get in and you need to go back into it... great labor once again... this app will be completely dysfunctional in a real emergency Edited

I'm signed out and don't remember my password, how do I get a new password. There are no directives in the sign in area of the APP. Please advise.
