I'm truly appreciative of service and program. That said, I have experienced a multitude of repeated, problematic issues with automated phone system, human error, and website not functioning properly. Also drivers come at all different times, resulting in missed appointments. This is a dispatching/ scheduling issue most of the time. I had one extremely, scary, traumatic experience with a driver. I reported it, and never heard back. Healthwise, it's a great, helpful program. Just needs tweaking

This isn't even a native app. Or at least it jumps back and forth so much from a special version of their website that it freezes all the time. There's too many glitches with the map service for the rides. It even asks me to log into another service all the time when I open the map. Overall I do not understand how it could have a 4.4 rating at the time of writing this.

The app does not always connect to the mainframe OS (operating system) for MTM and often I have to make a call after requesting a will call. Also, the phone number associated with the MTM service sends you to a dead end that tells you to contact your insurance company that does not have direct access to the MTM service OS. However, they did just update the app so hopefully it will communicate with the MTM system.

I have NEVER been able to set up a trip without calling. Like, the process in the app ALWAYS ends with some message or other saying, "Welp, you'll need to call the Helpline." So why even have an app? Seriously. It literally does not work. Just call them to set up your trips. You'll have to, anyway.

This application is so frustrating. I go on there to schedule something and end up having to call to schedule instead. I can't select a reason for the visit. I type specialist in the search box; no I type anything in the search box it shows nothing. Update: now I can't even attempt to schedule a service on the app. I click on new service click the date then go to click continue nothing happens. Is this app never maintenenced? Fix it. Edited
