App runs horribly slow, no new coupons for months and they are getting more barren by the day, compared to the German app which has at the time of writing more than 15. App displays an error message for the last month. Loyalty system was alright, saved up a lot of points, but recently they removed the 10 euro voucher, which I think is a bit scummy. Please Burger King, fix your app.

I've got an account, but with the wrong language region, tells me to make a new account, but then says I already have an account. Log in with my account, wrong language region, get automatically logged out. Edit: everything got fixed eventually through the customer service. Still unable to scan my code at the kiosk though, and when scanning coupons I don't get points, so I haven't saved any points as of yet, despite all purchases made. Edited

For now a scam. When I get a push promotion that I can claim a promotion, when the promotion is shown in the application and when I arrive there is no coupon redemption available due to unknown reasons then you don't have your promotion setup properly. Walked half an hour for nothing in the cold and risking another attempt at arson. Edited
