Disastrous app. This is the 3rd time when I place an order, the order gets auto cancelled after 30 minutes. And when I call them, they say, Oh system error, branch did not get the order, we will ask them to hurry up with the order. and then they deliver it after 2 hours. UNBELIEVABLE. JUST LET GO OF THE PERSON WHO MADE THE APP. Even the app is full of bugs and the ordering experience was horrendous. NEVER AGAIN. Edited

extremely frustrating, order was placed, payment deducted waited for an hour and then after me contacting the helpline came to know that the store is closed. why did you accept the order at first place if the store is closed and where were you for one hour after taking my money.

The promotion is scam. I download the app. And they said you will get free burger. But they didnt give free burger. I go to 2. burger king branch hamdan and tourist club. Same branch they didnt give. Its a scam.. Remove your ptomotion. If its not working. Verry bad promotion... Thats why your star rating is only 3.7. 👎👎👎👎 Edited

ordered food branch cancelled the order as they couldn't find anyone to deliver. no refund received since June 30. email sent asking for refund and no response received.
