One can change the language by scrolling down in the app until you see the German flag, press it and you will see a pop up where you can change the language. It will update to your country after allowing the app to use your location. The app itself is dated in design and needs a less cluttered lay out making it easier for people to use. I spend half an hour figuring out what was what but the app does work... After figuring out where everything is. As to accuracy on coupons and deals I'm not sure yet, will review after. Edited

Generally a great app. Easy to use and some nice offers. During the years the offers have reduced concerning the single burgers, which is kind of disappointing (-2). I Like the new point system which you can redeem for burgers. What annoys me the most (at least in Germany, Berlin), nearly 1/2 of the BK stores don't take vouchers, because of malfunction or missing system. But that doesn't influence the quality of the app, just the experience at the stores. Edited

It's somewhat practical, but I could also order elsewhere. It promises crowns but you can't use them anywhere, if I try to use them in app it crashes, and restaurants don't take them, not all advertised items can actually be bought and I had multiple orders cancelled because of that. You also can't cancel an order once given, not even within like 2 minutes or something, which sucks when the restaurant calls and tells you to cancel, like, I literally can't. Please do something about this. Edited

Works, designed "not in the very best" human engineering. 1. To start with is the LANGUAGE. Language of the application, the emails, and the website. One cannot select the one that suits. 2. Not every activity is included in the app, rather than forcing us to move to a browser and to INSTAGRAM, like it or not (and I don't!! 3. Cannot use the "forgot password" just to get a proper link that it's in German by never change by default... 4,5,6,7.... Very frustrating

It gives you some coupons to get food a little less overpriced from BK, though some are locked behind a registration for some reason and some coupon codes that were still valid weren't shown in the app. Still better than the McDonalds app though. Also the function to check availability of a product doesn't work at all. Several burgers aren't available at a location near me and never have been, but the app still claims otherwise. Edited
