This app isn't just bad, it is unusable. On each android phone I have tried, the issue is the same. I try to fill in my name and the keyboard sticks. "E" becomes "EEee", etc. To work around it I have tried copy+paste, and that works for 1 sec, and I am asked to fill in my name again. I have been using the old Ruter Bilett app for years now, because it at least work. Update: I was able to make it work by first creating an account on ruter.no before logging in in the app. Edited

Worked well for the first 2 days but Thursday am it was a total waste of time. Thankfully Google Maps came to the rescue to help plan our trips. Anything I tried including edit favourites just resulted in the message "We don't know exactly what went wrong but.... ". I reinstalled the app but I still had the same error message. I tried again late Thursday afternoon and it was working fine. I had a good WiFi connection all day and my other apps were okay. Ruter checked so now 2 stars. Edited

I give one stare momentarily, otherwise great app...It is just to get attention from developer,there is some flaws by purchasing right now, I wanted to buy a ticket and it dosent change the zone or it chooses the wrong one even after updating ... I for ex placed ticket from Søndre brygge to Oslo lufthavn and it chose zone 1 as startingvpoint even it is 2V Edited

Editing with a new problem: the home-screen ticket widget currently displays that I have a valid ticket with expiration date two days ago. Neither resizing nor removing and re-adding the widget fixes the issue. Very random that I even noticed, and I'm assuming the ticket control wouldn't have accepted this as an excuse. I started using the widget to see ticket status since the app doesnt seem to give proper notifications of expired ticket anymore. "It works on my device"? Really? Edited

app is completely unusable for foreigners, trying to buy tickets. When you try to create profile and consent of processing data for RuterProfil, I constantly get "We don't know exactly what went wrong, but please try again"

We’ve had some issues with foreign numbers. You can buy tickets in the app without logging in. Remember to save your ticket number so we can help if something happens to the app or your phone. You can use the VY app or buy physical tickets at our office near the central station, or at outlets like Narvesen, 7 Eleven, and Deli de Luca.
