Badly designed, can't add the same filters you can on the website, such as dog friendly. Baffled as to why the filter options aren't the same as the website. Trying to go to the website in mobile forces the app to open, so have to get to the website in an incognito window, which is not really a great user experience, so uninstalling app.

Wish there was a Pet Friendly option! When filling in the filter on this app, I wish there was a pet friendly box to choose or not , whichever the case may be . It is available if you search from the website but not the app. This makes it harder searching for the type of property you require as you have to go through them all to find ones you need, pet friendly or no pets !!

Hi Denise - we class pets as part of the family. That's why we have included them in the initial search under guests. If you click there how many pets - the properties that are pet friendly and available will come up in your search. Hope this helps in future and thanks for the feedback

This is a beautiful little cottage. Fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday although there are some amazing restaurants in the area. The Dory Bistro in Pittenweem is excellent and Anstruther has the brilliant, award winning Chippy!!! The property has a downstairs WC and shower which isn't a problem for us, but my 86 year old father struggled in the night to reach it safely down the slightly spiralling stairs. This is our 3rd stay here as we're originally from the area

Poor overall. Oven pan left very dirty. We had to clean it and had to buy scourers to do so. Fridge door milk storage shelf was broken. Had to stand milk inside which wasn't ideal as it took up the front of the fridge. Shower sewage odour and kept switching from hot to cold. Outside lights not working At 62 yrs old,I had to clamber on and off the bed to get out as it was sited right next to the wall. None of these were deal breakers, and yes, I know it's a pod, but together, not ideal.

The booking experience on the app was odd, as it kept randomly deleting fields whilst I was typing. I finally managed to make the booking and paid deposit. I checked on it today only to find that apparently the booking had gone up in cost and it says I haven't paid anything, but my credit card shows the payment as pending. Additionally, there does not seem to be any way to contact them unless making a new booking. Absolutely infuriating!!!!
