I've used this a number of times over the years without issue, but now, it won't submit requests with pictures. I get all the way to the final step, but when I touch send request, it shows circles like it's processing, but nothing happens. If I create the request without pictures, it goes through. Edited

(Android) Same as other reviewers: app will accept neither an address nor map location at step 1, and does not allow advance to step 2. Just broken! Also, several times I've tried to use it, there has been no appropriate category for submitting a request, even for "fallen tree blocking road". I finally just called 311 by voice, and the problem was taken care of.

The app is what you would expect from an app put out by the city. It crashes a lot. It's slow. It's ridgid. want to report something and don't know the address within a few buildings? Not gonna happen! If you're used to See Click Fix and are hoping for a similar experience disappointment is what you'll be able to report. Maybe I can grease the palm of my alderman an get the real version of the app?

We have pushed a lot of updates to the app since we first launched. We hope you can update it and give us another chance! Regardless, thank you for your feedback.

What a buggy piece of garbage. This app used to work. Like, a month ago. Now you can't select, manually enter, or approximate an address in order to submit an issue/violation. Which means the app is effectively bricked. Thanks, City of Chicago, for finding a creative way to lower your "To-Do" list at taxpayer expense.

This app is broken and no longer works. The flow of requests is broken, asking me to answer questions that would be for different requests. Clicking submit no longer works properly, no confirmation or ask to save. I guess that the city will get a chance to catch up on requests while the app is broken, some of my requests (signage, sewer, garbage) have taken over a year to complete.
