Suspiciously good customer service! There was an issue with the app that I reported, I got a quick response, they ask for further details to help and then even emailed me to let me know the issue had been fixed and there was an update available a few days later. Love the app, so worth the yearly subscription. Im just amazed at the quality of the service in this day and age.

Last 2 days it's not working and I'm subscribed until 2025 😔 I love portals of prayer and have worked really hard on figuring out how to get it to work. I had no fall 2024. I went to manage apps and "force stop" then I had to wait and still not there. But suddenly it appeared so if you have same problem as me. This fixed mine. Edited

Very disappointed. My subscription has renewed, taken my money but now the app won't remember my logon, let me login or change my password. Still cant use the app. This is now ridiculous this is the second major fault I have had with the app. If the content wasn't so good I would have given up. Edited

I have had this app for several years. I love to do my devotionals and share thru it...WHEN IT WORKS...which has been an ongoing problem for years but worse in recent weeks. CPH gives these lists of fixes that do nothing and I am past disappointed in it. Edited

I am supremely disappointed! My renewal went through GooglePlay and now I can't sign in to the app. I contacted support and they have told me they can't find my email attached to an account. So they have my money, but I don't have the app. I don't want to use my computer for this I want to use my phone. The answers I am getting don't help me. I paid for the app, I should be able to use it.
