The app is generally useful for managing Doctor's visits, getting test results, scheduling appointments , etc. BUT there is no way to report a problem with the software. For example: I get notifications to report for lab work ordered a year ago. Medical staff aren't helpful and I have no way to report or request help with this technical issue. This clutter almost has caused me to miss appointments. 38 plus appointments with 4 different doctors over the past year are confusing. Edited

I find this particular "MyChart" app with Houston Methodist to be particularly cumbersome, difficult to navigate and find info. I never can find old test results for comparison. Blood tests are easier to find but not other specialty tests. If you are a long term patient and want to review yearly tests over 5 years or more, it is difficult or impossible to easily find instead of a graph or series of dates with results for a snapshot comparison. MD Anderson has a much easier to navigate My Chart.

This app was great when I first used it. Now that I got a new phone it can't send me a verification code. I've spent countless hours trying to get it to work and calling support. But alas I'm afraid it just isn't possible. I swear the level of security is absolutely ridiculous anymore. Honestly if there was an option to put all my info on the front page of a newspaper, free for all to see I'd click that box.

My stay was wonderful as usual. everyone was so helpful and caring. Even when I was grumpy. The housekeeping department. I can't say enough about them. they were so caring about how clean the area was around me at all times. The FOOD was Good. And if I had any problems with any food they would make it right. nurses, of course were all caring and helpful. I can't say enough about everyone in the hospital. I had a good experience.

This app is great. It has been very convenient in making appts and seeing up to date test results and keeping up with the medications that I take. App works great with no hang ups so far.
