I am not a fan of ads popping up full screen as I study the Bible. The commentary was not as exhaustive as I hoped, at least for the parts of the Bible I downloaded it for. I could not find a commentary at all until I turned to an easier part of the Bible to check if the commentary was more selective. The functionality isn't bad, though. But it might be good to make an obvious tutorial option to learn the app. Edited

Advertises as a commentary, but is very light on comments from Chas. Spurgeon. What it is not light on is ads. Nothing brings you closer to God than having your study time interrupted with a pitch for real estate or solar energy options in your area. There seem to be at least three of these apps in the store; and all function exactly the same. Garish ads blinking at the bottom, then a complete redirect to and ad thar has to be closed after a 5 second wait period. Same developer? Uninstalling. Edited

Very helpful but need to include select/copy function. It also contain a rather annoying bug that often make the app slide to the next chapter at the slightest touch when holding the phone with one hand. 5 stars 4 the content, 3 stars 4 the effort to promote spiritual wisdom, 0 star for making a business of it. 1 star for the app. 0 star for the monthly subscription. It's not a good thing to make commercial things received freely. One time payment or donation for the app would've been acceptable. Edited

I enjoy this app as it is broken into series of veres followed by the commentary on the subject matter of the verses. I don't need to have 2 separate apps or books open. Edited

one of the things I love about this Bible is that notes and scripture references made on highlighted verses are pasted right under the verse so as you get to that verse it right there before you eyes. . no need opening the note panel to access your hidden notes. First I have seen. Since this is so I will suggest you have scripture references pasted right under each verse in your upgrade. Thanks and God give you more wisdom.
