It will charge automatically without your consent and it will not be refunded. You can't even contact any services. Scam for me. I've lost money here. I've done everything but it looked like it doesn't want to help it just scams automatically charges money without consent. It also charges double the actual price like it double charges. Edited

It's good but i only had one and two problems. When I tried to download the same video again since it wasn't downloaded yet,it didn't let me either,second,too much ad every time i tried to download a video or every time i open the app

I was offered a free trial at the when I first downloaded the app, not knowing this app deducted money from my account and now refusing to refund me back my money, terrible!!! it's a total scam. The most disappointing thing is that it doesn't work at all. Edited

i was accidentally charged for a premium. emailed them about my issue and they were able to refund it right away. good customer service. Edited

the app is useless and the the premium is more useless! you know why I rate this only one's star?? because it's take Soo long to fetch the video in order to download and it's takes me more than 6 minutes and still waiting. they say patient is the key all the time but, this thing I can't apply that words💔💔
