Amazing how few people sitting in a conference room can ruin an app for their customers. Perfect example of why not to fix anything which doesn't require fixing. Another experience ruined after shifting out the taxi stand from Dubai Mall. Edited

Update: after 3 years, the app is still too complicated. 5 minute time limit to select seats and food for a large group. always times out. bad design. What's worse is that you cannot book seats in a screen if you leave a gap between yourself and seats next to you. You could be booking seats in an empty cinema but you are told to sit next to someone you do not know... together. ridiculous!

Checking the card offer facility without reading in detail seems more useful and I liked it.

Very very unhappy with this app. I tried to book tickets on this app, for the last two seats in the cinema, and the app told me the booking was not successful, when I tried to go back in to try again I saw the seats were already booked, I assumed by someone else. Now I've been charged AED 336 for a film they told me I didn't book.

i had booked my tickets via the app, transaction was successful. when i arrive at the theatre, the movie was not playing in the screen listed on the app, plus my booking was not found. i had to wait 40 mins after the movie started and then was told which screen to go and view the movie , 40 mins after the movie started. there was no apology from the staff , no compensation for me missing my Movie.. nothing. pathetic service via app and the people at reel ..very unfortunate.
