Overall, it's a good TD. I have played a lot of them, traps are similar to Orcs Must Die to give an example. The item interface looks like it was inspired right out of Path of Exile. The lack of ads is always nice in this platform, especially for TD. I don't like finishing maps out with any life lost, so it was nice having a rune that gave me 1 life.

Great game! I was hooked until the very end. I just wish that the high level mobs were more varied. After a certain level, you have to completely change I or strategy just for the battering rams. They're a pain and not fun to play against, I had to come up with a method to cheese them and only them just to beat the game. Everything else is fun and tests your skill, so I gave this game a 5 rating. Please please please lower the hit points on the battering teams, they're such a PITA! Edited

Nice variety of levels/mechanics worth a play through for sure. Sadly it lacks replay value though as the endless mode simply uses exponential scaling to throw trillion+ HP mobs at you which means any level invariably turns into the same game of stalling near invincible enemies and using a limited number of traps that can insta-kill or do percent damage. No strategy there did it once and got enough upgrade points to beat every regular level with a single tower and don't see the point in continue Edited

Between this and the original game, best tower defense out there. Some issues, sure, but it's easy to get into, there's challenge, there's cheese, there's min maxing. Also, and I can't stress this enough, it's not that stupid subscription BS. Once you get the game, no ads. No online needed.

I do not often rate, well, anything on here. However, that being said, I feel compelled to rate this particular game. It is fun. It lacks all of the nonsensical "forced play style" aspects that near all cookie cutter mobile games have. (Energy, pay walls, farm limits, etc.) This game reminds me of playing old TD maps in SC/WC a couple of decades ago. While, at the same time, it maintains its own rather charming mechanics and game play. I adore this game.
