I highly do not advice that you use this app. I was a long time user of the app but unfortunately, this happened to me more than once, I make the order and the money gets deducted from my debit card without the order going through, and upon contacting their customer service they put you through this long process of having to contact your bank while also having to wait for the app representative to call you back. Never again!

One of the most disappointung grocery app in UAE. I will suggest to never order anything from them. they show different offers on products under deals but when you actually place the order, prices increases. Be careful if you order from them. Always check the price of each item of the order placed. Mostly prices will change. And on top of that the customer service team is ridiculous. trust me they are worst team you will connect ever. They dont have skills to understand the issue. Edited

Disappointment with refund policy and support... I had a frustrating experience with this app. I requested a refund for the order placed, Unfortunately it was cancelled and the amount is deducted from my account.. When the same thing is registered with them they told it takes 14 working days to get my refund.. Almost 1 month finished still my money is not credited.. I reached out to customer support multiple times, but their responses have been unhelpful and delayed.

Dear Smile App Team, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using the Smile App. Yesterday, the app was showing attractive offers — around AED 70 off on every order — which encouraged me and my friends to place multiple orders. However, to our shock, all of our orders were cancelled without any explanation, and the amounts paid have not been refunded. This is not just for my order but for several of my friends as well. This situation is very frustrating and feels misleading.

Very bad experience for the delay in processing an undelivered order.. it's been 39 days.. if you contact the support, they send polished replay. Everyday this polished replay like "we are very sorry for what happened, I will send an email" and no result. Very bad experience
