What is happening? Each time I used the back button, the apps logged out. 1. It's not fair. It should ask me whether I would like to log out. 2. Why can't I see all transfers? It should be showing the rate I got while I transferred and the dates. 3. Also, I don't receive any transfer confirmation emails from you at my email address. Last time I received a confirmation email to my e & money apps email on the 10th June 2024. Please update your apps 🙏. Thanks Edited

I deposited money into an e& money ATM, but I didn’t receive any receipt, and the cash has still not been credited to my account. I contacted the customer support team — probably around 30 times — and every time, they keep repeating the same scripted response, saying they’ll "do their best to resolve it." It’s now been 17 days, and the money is still not reflected in my account. Completely useless customer care support team. Extremely disappointed... 😤👎🏼 So guyss... Please be careful...

what's wrong with you people? is this a scam app? It says if you transfer on a mobile wallet it is instant but until now my recipient is not receiving money .i tried to ask help from your virtual assistant but it kept saying the same thing and i tried to call the customer service hotline and i was on hold for 15 mins . dont use this app Edited

worst customer service ever. I have been calling their customer service for a month. have raised 4 tickets. they send me an sms that the problem have been resolved while still it is pending. then they keep raising new tickets. such a horrible experience. Edited
