One of the worst App I ever used! This app cannot be for an internet service providers! U cannot login using any of the 3 options the app provide u, where in i was logged in before the update! It will throw you out telling you "User canceled the login"!!!!! And in case you're one of the lucky who can logins, u will get lost while you're searching for what you want! Then good luck if you find it! In addition to that, if u use the app to request a home internet, after u fill up all required info Edited

Updated review (previous one was 1 star review) only because of the fact you can't access the app if there's an update and how it was a pain in some urgency situations, other than that the app is amazing The first update that they released, I could open the app, and it felt amazing that they changed this, and that they listen to feedback. Now you can use the app and then update it whenever you're free and have WiFi access or enough data. Cheers to all the developers.. Edited

Always they put misleading information and after you subscribe you they tell you this is not included or this is not the exact meaning. For example mentioned you can choose a preferred international number to call unlimited calls and it is mentioned this service is for very specific countries, after you subscribe they tell you sorry this country is not eligible!!! Very ugly sales strategy

whats the point of having smiles point if I can't redeem them to pay my bills?? every time I get error when i try to pay my bills with smiles, But whenever I pay my card it gets done succesfully. This is called fraudelent not support or technical issue. Edited

Worst experience. They ask you to add money to your account so that you can spend it and then all transactions decline for which they respond that those merchants are blocked. One Staff A.A refused to assist, provide any assistance or email contact. POOR SERVICE , WORST APP.
