I've been a Etisalat customer for so long. But I always get disappointed when I call customer support. Recently I upgraded my e-life plan and received faulty router(sercomm), and wifi works intermittently. I used the automated trouble shooting service many times, but no luck. Called customer support many times, Since the router is working intermittently, I realized there is no way that I get support from Etisalat. So I ended-up buying a good router my-self and fixed the issue. 😞

Mostly it's just a very annoying advertising platform. Functions like top up and other services are not central as they should be. Instead, the space is given over to ads and promotions. Plus, it doesn't work well - keeps logging me off, slow to respond, etc.

Update: The app has been back to function after so many customers are giving low stars. Due to the difficulties that I've experienced, I won't give 5 stars anymore to this app. Apart from what I have mentioned above and in previous reviews, the app is useful and powerful because it is tied with the UAE Pass system. So, we can manage our registered numbers in one app. Edited

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I can not use the 'Tech Support' page. accessing this would help when my wifi isn't running well, which seems to be 80% of the time. other than that, the app is fine

very bad service. mobile data connection always fluctuating. In an instant you will have no mobile data connection anytime anywhere... very annoying. very very very badddd!!!!! this happens more often not like previous years back. you pay for a very bad service but you have no other choice but to accept. sales team always offering perks, offers etc. but after that you are left alone to deal and adjust to their very bad service.
